Step 1:
Go to www.solisinverters.com.au
Step 2:
Select the “Service & Warranty” tab
Step 3:
Select “Extend your Warranty” from the drop-down menu
Step 4:
Complete all personal details and push NEXT – ( Option: use YOUR email address. This means the warranty certificates are sent to you. You can then forward to your customer, or make a hardcopy to present to them ).
Step 5:
Select 10 Year “Optimum Warranty”
Enter – Model Number, Serial Number, & Date of Installation. A cost will be displayed. Select ADD to CART – this will allow you to progress to the next page.
Step 6 :
Enter Promo Code SOL10721. Click, Check Promo Code*. This will ZERO out the cost of the extended warranty – Tick, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Click, Process to Checkout
Step 7 :
Re-Enter customer details, Select Place Order
Step 8 :
Within minutes, a warranty certificate and no-charge receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to the email address you used on the first page.
*Important Note :
- The 10 Year Optimum Extended Warranty process is available to all residential installation only, between 1kW & 20kW capacity S5 series and 5G series inverters. Installed after the 1st July 2021.
